The product is developed according to the current domestic garbage transfer process of the actual situation and develop a new generation of garbage transfer processing equipment. It has high efficiency, good waste compaction unit operation times carrying a large amount of low transport costs, equipment, advanced electro-hydraulic control technology, and good corrosion and environmental characteristics. Single daily processing volume 200 400 tons of material loading way is platform single groove or multi material groove type, it can handle 200 3000 tons daily volume of all kinds of medium and large garbage transfer station, is a new highly integrated advantage of the garbage transfer complete system.
 


Technical characteristics :

  • Deal with high efficiency: the compression chamber volume of 8m ³, the amount of waste per hour, up to 50 80 tons;
  • Trash compactor is good: the maximum compression force is upto 120 140 tons, controlled by PLC compression technology, combined with the drainage design of the special structure of the exhaust, garbage compression ratio up to 3:1;
  • Single block of high weight of refuse, transit and low cost: each waste of 20m ³, up to 18 tons weight of refuse, transit-effective;
  • High degree of automation: devices with remote central integrated control technology, with metering, vehicle scheduling, equipment, automatic control, monitoring, fault alarm and other functions, which enables remote control and random other;
  • Environmental protection: the device uses a special set of wizard sewage discharge technology, wastewater treatment technology, dust odor, noise reduction technology, equipment, little impact on the surrounding environment;
  • Good anti-corrosion: All structural parts are the product after blasting, blasting, spraying paint for the internationally renowned Holland Nobel or brand of the COSCO Kansai-based anti-corrosion protection of marine re-paint.
